These Terms outline your rights and obligations when using BananaPrompt.art. We ask that you read them thoroughly to help us preserve a welcoming, creative environment for AI artists globally.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Using BananaPrompt.art constitutes your agreement to abide by these Terms of Service and all relevant legal requirements. Should you not accept any provision, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Account creation requires a minimum age of 13 years. During registration, you must supply truthful information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You bear full responsibility for actions taken under your account.
3. Community Use
BananaPrompt.art functions as a shared creative space. Engage with the platform to exchange knowledge and inspiration—refrain from spamming, bullying, or engaging in disruptive behavior. We may terminate accounts that breach these guidelines or violate applicable laws. Show consideration for fellow creators and avoid posting offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material. Prohibited content includes items that violate intellectual property rights, trademarks, or other legal protections. Do not engage in automated data collection or attempt to bypass platform security. Commercializing prompts or charging fees for access is not permitted.
4. User Submissions
You maintain copyright ownership of all artwork, prompts, and metadata you contribute. By submitting content, you provide BananaPrompt.art with a global, non-exclusive right to store, present, and distribute your submissions to support platform operations and marketing efforts. Community prompts remain freely accessible and shareable within the platform. Selling prompts or restricting access behind paywalls is prohibited. We retain the authority to remove submissions that contravene these Terms or violate legal standards.
5. Credits, Premium Prompts & Payments
BananaPrompt.art offers credits that are used when creating images (and eventually videos). Community prompts are available at no cost. Certain subscription tiers provide access to premium prompts developed and maintained by BananaPrompt.art. Credits cannot be transferred or traded between accounts. Refund inquiries receive responses within 3 business days. Unused credits and partial subscription terms are non-refundable. Subscription pricing adjustments require 30 days advance notice. All transactions must be processed through Banana Prompts—direct user-to-user payments are not supported.
6. Refunds
Given that BananaPrompt.art delivers immediate access to digital credits and services, our refund policy is restrictive. Subscriptions can be terminated at any time through the Customer Portal; partial billing periods are not prorated. Verified duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions will be refunded. Credit packages are typically non-refundable after delivery. To request a refund, send an email to support@bananaprompt.art including your account email address and transaction details.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform design elements, written content, and source code are owned by BananaPrompt.art or our licensing partners. With the exception of user-submitted content, you may not reproduce, alter, redistribute, or reverse engineer any platform materials without obtaining written authorization.
8. Disclaimers
BananaPrompt.art is offered on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee continuous availability, prompt accuracy, or that gallery resources will meet your specific project needs. Exercise independent judgment when implementing shared prompts and methodologies.
9. Limitation of Liability
Within the maximum limits allowed by applicable law, BananaPrompt.art and its affiliates assume no liability for indirect, accidental, or consequential losses resulting from platform usage or reliance on community-generated content.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to accommodate new platform features or meet legal obligations. When substantial modifications occur, we will publish the updated version and adjust the effective date. Continued platform usage indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
